Why We Ask for Demographic Information?

Our funders require us to report on the demographics of the individuals and communities we serve to ensure we are reaching diverse populations. The "Head of Household" is typically the person who financially supports or makes key decisions for your household. This may be yourself, a partner, or another family member.





Business Coaching Policy


Attendance Policy

Punctuality: Clients are expected to arrive on time for scheduled sessions. Sessions will start promptly at the agreed-upon time, and if the client arrives late, the session will end at the originally scheduled time.

Active Participation: Clients are encouraged to be fully engaged during the session, with relevant questions and discussion to ensure that they maximize the value of each session.

Preparation: Clients should come prepared to discuss specific challenges or goals and have any necessary materials, such as reports or notes, ready for the session.

Rescheduling: Clients are encouraged to reschedule in advance if they cannot attend a session. Advance notice of at least 48 hours is ideal and subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy

24-Hour Notice: Clients should notify the coach at least 24 hours before a session if they need to cancel. 

No-Show: If a client misses a session without providing any notice, they will not be eligible for another session.

Emergency Cancellations: In cases of emergencies or extenuating circumstances, clients can request a rescheduling of the session without penalty, provided they notify the coach as soon as possible.

Rescheduling Policy

One-Time Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their session once without penalty, provided at least 48 hours notice is given.

Repeated Rescheduling: If clients repeatedly reschedule sessions (more than 2 times within a set period), they may be asked to take a break of 30 days.
